We are proud of the items we carry at Black Wagon and stand by them. We are happy to accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects. We are also happy to exchange items for a different size, item, or for store credit. Exchanges must be unused and in their original packaging; your exchange will be shipped to you at no extra charge.

When you exchange items at Blackwagon.com, our return label service is free of charge!

Contact us toll free by phone ( 1-866-916-0004 ) or by e-mail ( ) to let us know which item(s) you are returning and the item(s) (including sizes) you would like in exchange. Please also include your current ship to address and phone number. Once you have contacted us, we will email you a return label and return instructions. ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DELIVERY DATE. NOTE: ALL SALE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

As soon as we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will ship your exchange at no extra charge to you.

Please contact us with any questions about sizing or anything else we may help you with.

In the event you exchange for an item of lesser value we will issue you a credit for the difference in the form of a coupon code.

In the event you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, please include a daytime phone number so that we can call you to securely obtain your credit card number. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

We will be happy to hold items for you for up to 3 days from receipt of your return items. If you are exchanging for items of greater value we will need your credit card info within those 3 days to ensure your items remain reserved for you. So please keep an eye out for our e-mail or phone call confirming that we've received your items for exchange.

We are always happy to try and special order items from our vendors for you. Please note that special orders cannot be discounted and may include an extra shipping charge.
